As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in accordance with § 7 Abs.1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor, to transmit, to investigate or to store third party information that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time-point of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such an infringement we will immediately remove such content from such violations. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the information.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we do have no influence. Therefore, we will not take over responsibility for any of these contents. The provider of the linked pages is responsible for such content. Linked pages were checked for potential violation of legislation before lining them to our app and no illegal or false information was detectable at the time-point of linking.
A permanent content control of the linked pages will not be performed without solid evidence or otherwise notification of illegal content. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the information accordingly.
